About Holistic Health & Personal Development Coaching
We might be a good match, if:
You want to rely less on medications to manage your symptoms, and more on nutrition, physical activity, and stress reduction, but struggle to change your habits.
You have an autoimmune condition, a food sensitivity, or food allergy, are on a special diet or suffer from gastrointestinal symptoms or conditions like nausea, abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, H. Pylori, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Celiac disease, eosinophilic gastroenteritis, esophagitis, or SIBO.
You wish you could slow down and connect with your family and loved ones without being busy, distracted, irritable, or tired.
You worry that your stress and busyness are impacting your health and happiness, but you don’t know what to do.
You wait until you are burned out or sick to take time for yourself.
You put your responsibilities and others before yourself and at the end of the day, have no time or energy to do the things you love.
You feel guilty and anxious for taking time for yourself.
While I am a licensed dietitian in the state of Oklahoma, life coaches are not licensed mental health professionals or medical doctors. They do not diagnose or treat mental health or medical conditions. My coaching is intended to educate, inspire and support you in your personal journey toward health and happiness. I do not offer any professional mental health advice. If you are recovering from trauma, think you have a mental health or medical condition or have been diagnosed with one, please seek help from a qualified health professional.
How I can help:
By leveraging a combination of tools like mindset shifts, proven habit-building techniques, accountability, small but impactful dietary changes, specialized laboratory testing, and nutrition supplements, I can help you transform the way you eat and the way you feel, emotionally and physically. The best part is that once these habits are created, they will continue to work for you, effortlessly.
Your mindset has everything to do with your physical health.
It’s long been recognized that stress and painful emotions like grief coincide with chronic health conditions, and it is standard practice to recommend “stress reduction” and “self-care” to patients managing these conditions.
This might sound crazy, but stress reduction and self-care techniques tend to be band-aid solutions that provide temporary relief. These outdated solutions fail to address the root of emotional pain.
I believe that your mindset has everything to do with your physical health.
Mindset includes your attitude, frame of mind, values, beliefs, and thoughts.
Your mindset determines how you feel (your emotions), and how you act and react.
The truth is, you have more control over your mindset (your thoughts, how you feel/your emotions, and your actions) than you may realize.
Don’t get me wrong, common stress reduction and self-care techniques have their place in helping to manage stress and emotions, but they are not the solution.
My coaching techniques help you transform your emotions, create a healthy mindset, be in more control of your physical health, improve your relationships, and start living a life you love.
